do you offer returns/exchanges?

Due to items being handmade to order, Me&Mama does not accept returns or exchanges.  All sales are FINAL. 

are you able to combine orders?

Due to increased order volume, we aren't able to combine orders at this time. If you would like to ADD to your order within 48 hours of the order being placed, please email eryn@shopmeandmama.com. We are not responsible if an item sells out while you’re waiting for an email response (24-48 hours) and this is a risk you must be willing to take to save on shipping. Our recommendation is always secure your item yourself, and quickly, when it’s available. Share your love of gnomes with local friends and that way you alway have someone to split shipping with! 

what is your turnaround time?

Due to the increasing popularity of our shop, we do not offer a turnaround time. We do not offer ship dates as things change drastically from day to day, and COVID19 has changed a lot of our suppliers ship times to us. Our best suggestion for our customers is to order 8 weeks in advance of when you need the gnome/hope to be displaying the gnome. We have never gone over an 8 week turnaround and never plan to. That being said, we offer ZERO guarantee of turnaround and are very transparent about our daily progress of orders on the Facebook group, Me&Mama VIP.  Each and every Me&Mama package is shipped via USPS. *we do NOT offer cancelations of orders past the 48 hour mark of the order being placed, this due to the fact that within that 48 hours, your items have been accounted for and are already in production! Please message eryn@shopmeandmama.com if you need to cancel your order within the first 48 hours.

i’ve placed my order, what is next?

Once you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation, given you've provided us with an accurate email address. If you did not receive an order confirmation, you either did not provide us with a valid email address, the confirmation message is in your spam folder or your order did not go through.

Once your order is processed, a shipping label will be created and an email will be sent to the email address that you provided during checkout. This email will contain a USPS tracking number and additional shipping information.  During large drops & sales, we MAY batch print labels, meaning your shipping label could be created up to 7 days before it actually ships. Please allow up to 7 days for your tracking information to become available. PLEASE NOTE that all of our shipping times are NOT guaranteed.

how long should it take for my order to arrive AFTER it ships?

We ship via USPS Priority mail as our gnomes are 1-1.5 lbs each. Priority Mail service usually takes 2-3 days and comes with insurance if your package is lost. Rates are: $8.50 for 1-3 gnomes, $14.50 for 4-6 gnomes, $19.50 for 7-10 gnomes, $28 for 11-13 gnomes, $34 for 14-16 gnomes and $369 for 17-20 gnomes.

what should i do if i have not received my package in the time frame stated above?

 If you have not received your order in the time stated above or your order is not showing movement within tracking, please feel free to contact your local post office or call USPS by phone at 1(800) 275-8777. You will need to provide them with your tracking number and the date it was shipped. If your package is lost or was damaged upon arrival, you have 15-60 days from the date of shipment to file a claim with USPS.

how do i file a claim with usps?

To file a claim with USPS go to https://www.usps.com/help/claims.htm and click on the domestic tab to file a claim within the United States or the international tab for orders outside of the United States. Then follow the directions as stated.

what if my package is returned to Me&Mama?

If your package is returned to Me&Mama, you will receive a refund of the SUBTOTAL of your order.  To reship, additional postage will need to be purchased. Please contact us at eryn@shopmeandmama.com to purchase additional postage.
